Oscars 2024: Best Red Carpet Looks

Maikelyn Betancourt

On Sunday, March 10th, 2024, we saw many beautiful outfits on the Oscars red carpet.

Here are some of our favorite looks this year:

Zendaya

Zendaya wore an Armani Privé gown with a one-shouldered silhouette built in a sparkly black corset that complemented the fabric's embroidered palm-tree print in a shade.  The Instyle magazine is calling it “Antique rose”.

Ryan Gosling

Gosling wore a Gucci single-breasted black wool suit with matching black trousers and black patent leather lace-up shoes and hot pink socks to represent Barbie.

America Ferrera

America wore a hot pink Versace gown that apparently, took 400 hours to make according to the magazine of Marie Claire. The dress was made of pink chainmail that created an elegant glow. According to Versace, the mixture of chainmail and pink represented force and femininity. The silhouette of her gown also featured a square neckline and a sculpting bodycon shape that flowed into a subtle trail.

Jon Batiste

Jon Batiste wore a burgundy wool blazer with matching wide-leg pants and a shirt with a stand-up collar, which he paired with a necklace, bracelet and rings by Jared Jewelry.

Florence Pugh

Florence Pugh wore a Del Core silver sheer corset top that looks like it's “dripping in shiny waterlike beads” as Bazaar magazine states. The corset is paired with a matching silk silver skirt and a Bulgari Serpenti wraparound diamond necklace with Piferi platform heels.

Anya Taylor Joy

Joy wore a Dior Haute Couture strapless sequined ball gown. The incredible silver-gray piece featured a voluminous skirt covered in layers of bedazzled petal-shaped flaps—a reference to the iconic Junon dress Christian Dior designed for his Fall/Winter 1949–1950 collection.
