Last week the fashion club had the opportunity to visit St.Thomas University. We had a tour of the facilities while learning about how classes work. We also had guest speakers telling us about programs the school offers. Currently, they are working on having more programs and courses, but right now they are offering new band, choir, and theatre programs!
One great thing about St. Thomas is the GPA requirement is only 2.5! Another course that they give is Fashion Merchandising which has a lot of activities to offer, from building, directing, and walking fashion shows, learning how to style and work with different fabrics, going around the world for international field trips, and learning how to market yourself in the fashion world!
They make sure that when you finish college you get a job related to fashion. The fashion club enjoyed and learned about STU and all they have to offer. Follow them on their social media to learn more about them.
